30 Day Photography Challenge with Nori Lupfer
February 6 - 27 | Tuesdays | 6 - 8pm | $75
Challenge your photographic eye by joining our 30 day challenge! We’ll provide the group with 30 different items to be photographed daily - such as faceless self portrait, a bad habit, from a high angle, etc. We’ll check in once a week in a casual setting, to discuss and share our daily photography shots. This is a fun and non-intimidating way to challenge your usual content and skills.
Intermediate Photoshop with Timothy Barber
February 7 & 8 | Tuesday & Wednesday | 6 - 8pm | $75
Take your photos to the next level with this course and emerge with a depth of knowledge that will allow your photos and graphics to pop. Students will dig into the complexities of the industry standard Adobe application and learn the subtleties of color correction, how to fix damaged or seemingly un-saveable images, create perfect panoramic photos, explore the wonders of HDR and more. Individualized instruction will be available.

Where A Line Might Lead You…A Day of Poetry & Drawing

What exactly is a line? Some poets think of a line as a breath unit. Others coax it with meter or cap it with rhyme. Visual artists use it as a means of discovery and to communicate what they think and learn about their environment and the world inside of themselves. For this class, we’ll allow it to be a unit of play and see where we might go if we follow it, if we let it be the leader of our thoughts and not the other way around.

Got a little secret to squirrel away somewhere? Make your own special box! This mystifying little box is not only cleverly constructed and fun to make, but also a joy to open and share with others. Remember though, it’s what’s inside that counts and what’s inside depends on how you open it! The secrets within can be words, pictures, drawings, as well as a hidden chamber for that special item. Once you’ve made one, you won’t be able to stop!
