Learn for yourself how good energy flow can improve your life.
Discover how Qi (“chee”) Gong can increase the flow of energy in your body, your day and your life. This gentle 45-minute session will prepare you for whatever activities and challenges your day has in store for you. This ancient Chinese practice is about the flow of energy that contributes to physical well being through the challenging winter months. This practice will target the stagnant energies that come with imbalances (cold and flu, injuries, depression). The Qi Gong warm-up routines and series for spine, legs and pelvis will increase your flow of Qi (energy) while also improving your strength, balance and flexibility for all winter sports.
Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Although this class is free, a $5 donation to the Ah Haa School is encouraged.
