An Ah Haa Online class via ZOOM
Discover how the ancient Chinese practice of Qi (pronounced “chee”) Gong can increase the flow of energy (Qi) in your body, as well as bring balance and strength to your body’s systems (nervous, circulatory, respiratory and spiritual). There are many forms of Qi Gong which we will explore and practice in different physical movements, stretches and forms. Effortlessly the practice integrates into your daily life bringing self-awareness, health and well-being.
This one hour zoom class is offered at 8 am on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
Monday and Wednesday will be basic beginners’ classes, although appropriate for all levels. We will begin creating awareness to build your structure (feet, knees, arms, core through top of your head) and fill it with Qi, the spirit of energy.
Classes are open to all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. The invite link will be sent to you when you sign up.
Wear loose, comfortable clothes in the comfort of your home.
Please note, if you register mid-month, prorated tuition is not available. Tuition amount includes all classes February 1 – 28, 2021 (if registered for February sessions), and March 1 – 31, 2021 (if registered for March sessions).
