If you have registered for a class, please complete the following online forms before your class begins:

 

Please complete the following two forms for each participant enrolled in an Ah Haa class:

Ah Haa General Liability Waiver

COVID-19 Liability Waiver + Proof of Vaccination

If applicable, please also complete the following forms:

Food/Severe Allergy Information Form

 

Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds
Full tuition, less a $25 non-refundable processing fee, will be returned when cancellations occur 14 days or more before the class starts. No refund will be given when a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the class begins. Class transfers are subject to the same restrictions as cancellations, and a $25 administrative fee will apply.
