Cancellations & Refund
Full tuition, less a $25 non-refundable processing fee, will be returned when cancellations occur 14 days or more before the class starts, with the exception of the visiting artist classes (please see below for visiting artist policies). NO REFUND will be given when a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the class begins.
Scholarships, Financial Aid & Workstudy
Financial aid is available to all local and regional Telluride children and adults. Please call or stop by the Ah Haa School for an application. Work-study is available for people looking to trade time for all or part of their tuition (materials still must be paid in full). The exchange rate is $10 per hour. Call or stop by the school for more information.
Cancellations
Full tuition, less a $25 non-refundable processing fee will be returned when cancellations occur 14 days or more before the class starts. If space is available, the tuition may be applied to another session within this summer program for a $20 processing fee. Unfortunately, NO REFUND will be given when a cancellation is made less that 14 days before the registered session begins. Please see the Visiting Artist Policy for visiting artist workshops.
Visiting Artist Policy & Cancellation
For our artists visiting from out of town, students must register and pay in full 30 days prior to the workshop. Payments for visiting artist classes are non-refundable. Classes with visiting artists fill up quickly, so sign up early!
