Within the mission of the Ah Haa School, we seek to provide opportunities to artists of all ages and backgrounds to grow as artists, work in collaboration, and show and sell artwork. We have two indoor exhibition spaces, the Daniel Tucker Gallery and East Room Gallery, as well as a large deck on the river, prime for exhibiting outdoor sculpture. Ah Haa’s galleries display the works of both developing and established artists, local artists and inspiring artists outside of our community.
Artists are selected by invitation, through specific calls for entry and through juried applications. Please see the link below to download and submit an application. The Ah Haa School has attracted many prominent artists and art professionals who have served as instructors and visiting artists; among them, Julie McNair, Meredith Nemirov, Kelvyn Davila and many more.
Through this vital, exciting, and ever-changing program, visual artists have the opportunity to exhibit their work. As a result, area artists and the public are able to view the most current work from the region and beyond, and artists are encouraged to share their artistic achievements and sell their work.

Kreutzmann is also a visual artist, and in 2001, began releasing limited edition prints of his digital artwork. Bill’s interest in creating digital visual art began in 1993. At the time he got his first computer Jerry Garcia was already into computer art. He showed Bill how to use the Mac and Photoshop while hanging out in a LA hotel room on a day off from touring. From that point forward Bill was hooked. Spending his days off in front of the computer Bill began to create psychedelic imagery that later would become limited edition prints. After Jerry died he moved to the Hawaiian Islands. There he spent his day’s scuba diving, sailing and working on the computer. Today he has a body of work that embodies his experiences on and off the road!
